Def Leppard member appearing on Top Gear!!!

In a recent interview conducted by American radio show: "Rockline hosted by Bob Coburn" (I was lucky enough to hear it), Joe Elliot (lead singer) was explaining the reason why Richard Hammond's face appears on the cover of their new studio album "Songs from the Sparkle Lounge". Apparently, Joe Elliot met Hammond at a Led Zeppelin concert and they swapped numbers. Hammond pparently is a huge fan of Def Leppard. Eventually, Joe rang Hammond to see if he would like to appear on the album's cover. Joe also said he is a vivid watcher of Top Gear. Joe said Hammond said: "I would die a happy man if I could". So Hammond is on the cover of Def Leppard's album cover and Hammond said they'll get him on the show, however which band member it is, is still unclear. So on one of the episodes in Series 11, a Def Leppard member will be appearing on Top Gear. For me, I just can't wait for this. Two of my favourite things in one!!!!!!

Bruce Dickinson is a qualified Pilot (of big stuff too not a la James M.) and a logical choice. Interesting chap.

/EDIT V D'oh! Mixed up my heavy metal bands - sorry - any how he'd be a good choice.

But Bruce was a member of Iron Maiden, not Def Leppard, correct?

right, you know what i mean, my point is he's not a member of Def Leppard, yet poster #2 speculates he maybe the guest bandmember of choice to appear in TG series 11.

so i looked up the album cover art and i think i spotted hammond's head near the right hand curtain...there's also a cat in the crowd there somewhere, haha.
