most people have burned their own DVDs (since it's not hard) for their collection. Others have mentioned that becuase of size it's hard to get any more than 2 ep's on a DVD becuase anymore it jeopardizes the quality.

There was a guy around here that did a fantastic job at DVDs, he even had a menu and text. If I were to buy a DVD of the ep's it'd be that one.

I would say it would depend on quality. By my count it’s something like 77 episodes plus extras, and if like some say its only 2 per DVD for high quality, that’s something like 40 or so DVDs. Now if you were serious you could repackage episodes; like clip all the continental races together, just challenges, or all reviews. Although this brings up trying to get the sections to merge correctly while cutting out news segments. Plus take care not to make the BBC angry they don’t like people getting the things for free what do you think they will think of someone making money off one of there shows. Beware the RAGE THAT IS THE BIG BBC

It would be $30-40 dollars for the DVDs, packaging, shipping, etceteras, etceteras, etceteras. Mind you for that I would hope that it had great graphics on the box, selection screens, and specials. I think that it is not really feasible for independent distribution. Although if someone was to make the box cover art that corresponded to someone making all the special bits like selection screens that corresponded to someone making instructions on how to burn the episodes this might fly.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to stop this discussion. This site will not be involved indirectly or directly with people making profit off the BBC's property.

All this type of discussion should be done in private away from this site.

FG doesn't condone making profit off other peoples copyrighted work.
