How about a show with the three of them sitting in the studio without the audience and recapping the past 100 episodes and the more memorable moments (races, challenges, etc.), outtakes and cocking about.

To be fair, the 100th episode would be new Top Gear only. I doubt a lot of people would have cared about the 30th anniversary of a show which they think has only been on for 6 years.

That's part of the show's appeal, they could care less about awards or meaningless milestones, and just get on and focus on making the best motoring show on TV.
