I might as well add a bit more about the conversation between James and me. When I first asked James about FinalGear before I started filming, James started talking about the criticisms of Top Gear Stuntman which he had read on here. He also talked about seeing the thread about Richard losing the FG helmet (my threadimages/smilies/smile.gif) but then went onto say he hasn't lost it, it is somewhere in the office, and has seen it around in the past few weeks.

I'm remembering more and more things, which I will add in days to come images/smilies/smile.gif

What probably excites me the most is that the TG group doesn't seem to resent this core of fans that debate and spar over their work and even appreciates some of the things we say.

Kudos to you Roby for not taking up too much of their time; otherwise I imagine the encounter would have been much less cordial by the end. We wouldn't want them to start saying "Oh no, it's one of those FinalGear crazies." images/smilies/tongue.gif
