Sadly, the website that the link sends you to doesn't allow one to register in order to download the file. Damn! Any other links to the TG test track for GTR Evolution?

What do you mean it doesn't allow you to register? Just hit the register button (that's unless you've been banned).

As for the site, well it won't allow you to register because when you try it comes up with this message:

"Sorry, registration has been disabled by the administrator."

Don't know why they're doing this, maybe bandwidth issues?
