Holy brit fro! J Clarkson in his New Romantics phase?
This has to be the largest ive ever seen his afro, im guessing its some television PSA, but holy crap, look at his hair, its totally early 80s. He looks like the lost member of OMD, Thompson Twins, Flock of Seagulls, etc.
