Does anyone else think that could be Ben Collins in the old one?

Ben Collins was at the Britcar 24 hours too, wearing a white "I'm a driver" wristband (but not driving for any other team), and he kept going in and out of the Top Gear garage. He was also wearing an AlpineStars T-shirt. Also, when Clarkson, Hammond or May were driving, he appeared in the media centre. Then again, there were four Stigs signed on, just to keep it a bit unclear!

He also participated in the Aygo football, the parachuter into the Mercedes, the Bowler vs the Skateboarder... and more I think, I can't remember any others at the moment.
