well, the "criminal immigrant" stereotype isn't necessarily of african origin in Europe. It differs from country to country, depending on where the majority of the immigrants in that country originates from.

That's just a lack of cultural knowledge. Just because it's not the case in your country doesn't mean the whole world is the same.
