No, it's not Supercars. I own that video and it is just a standalone release. Perhaps it is simply a Top Gear special that aired before?

I would if I could, but unfortunately it is on VHS rather than DVD (no DVD release). It was from 1994 and featured Jeremy and Tiff, though another was made called Classic Cars featuring Quentin Wilson.
