Jeremy confirms new series start date and name of new presenter in Times column

Was reading Jeremy's Times Comment column as I do every Sunday and in the last paragraph he confirms that the new series is starting in 3 weeks ie June 22 and the name of the new presenter.

PS I suspect he may not be completely serious about the new presenter so we can only wait and see.

Thanks for this. It is an interesting read. I can see where Jeremy comes from. I had already gotten the idea Jeremy came from an interesting family from the who do you think you are show. His mom is very entertaining. I will be buying this book.

He's one of The Goodies, arguably the greatest comedy troupe this side of Monty Python. Huge in the 70s, and still enjoys a large cult following in Australia. He's also hairy.

I am also an Aussie. For us old farts we remember Bill from the Goodies, he went off the rails after that.
