Jeremy eats his hair

Hi!

In one of the episodes Jeremy has to eat an omlet with his hair. The reason - Vauxhall made an Astra looking like the one on the picture. Ok. If I look backwards in time - I find Jeremy saying someting different than eating his hair. I think he mentioned something about eating Vauxhall Executive Manager's dog. Correct me if I'm wrong.

2x04 [08:35] Jeremy says he will eat a dog.
2x10 [11:55] Hammond reminds that Clarkson said he will eat his hair.

and sometime later 5x01 [23:00]- Clarkson is eating his hair. He should be eating a dog !!

Well i don't know the exact episode but Jeremy did indeed say "If that car comes out looking anything like that, I'll eat my own hair". And BTW we didn't get that model (3 doors), does it actually look like that? cause all we got here was the 5 door.

Strikes me as JC was owned if eventually that car never even made it out.

The 3 door does look like that. And the dog bit i think was with the Range Rover. If they can run it for 6 months straight without breaking, he'll shoot the manager's dog. But since only the steering wheel vertical adjustment lever broke, all they did was cut "down" his bonsai tree. hehe

I think it was the boss of Land Rover's dog; if the one they lent to TG went wrong whilst on long term test.

Dogs were mentioned a couple of times. First for Range Rover reliability in 6 months period & second in ep. 2x04 news segment, bit about the new Astra. JC says that he asked a desighner from Vauxhall if the new Astra will look as good as on picture & desighner said that it will, apart from the back & if it doesn't, JC can eat his dog.

By the way, JC also said that if Ford won't mend his GT, he would come round and bone his (the garage owners?) dog. He didn't do that either, although his GT carried on being "american". images/smilies/mrgreen.gif

Recently Jeremy said (if something...) ...he will cut his leg off and beat himself to death with it.

I think he was talking about the new Jag or Aston.

Will he try to eat his hair instead again?

yes he was talking about the new jaguar XF concept, whch is due to replace the S-type. Jag says the new model will look like the concept, Jeremy is not so sure images/smilies/biggrin.gif
