Actualy a merc is a gr8 gift. It looks kinda cool & comes from times when Mercedes was building it's cars properly.

he's been writing in the sun for a while.

plus the way he writes in those sun columns is pretty much spot on for that paper, because basically its just a page full of piss takes and rants which is in keeping with the suns style. the sun already have a motoring section (every friday) of which jeremy isnt a part of, so he doesnt really write anything car related in his sun column either. he writes more informative/car stuff for the times motoring column.
