Hi All,
I have searched and couldn't find ![]() I am basically looking for reviews on the TG dvd's that are available to buy. I am wondering if any of the dvd's include any extra footage or does it all come from the episodes? Top Gear: Challenges goes for 175 mins, for example. How much of this (if any) is new? Same with the Winter Olympics dvd etc. Thanks!!

Polar / American specials: http://forums.finalgear.com/top-gear...95/#post642164
Note though that they'll have different (read: probably crappy) music from the original airing due to licensing.

From this review, The Polar Special seems to be worthy as there's extra scenes. I'd love to know about the rest, if anyone knows.

If you are purely interested in extra scenes then you will be disappointed. The DVDs Revved Up and Winter Olympics both contain outtake reels and Revved up features a few new scenes involving Richard touring the sets of Top Gear. The Winter Olympics also contains some sort of bonus material featuring the Stig. As for The Challenges, there were unfortunately no bonus features although that might have been because the running time was as long as it was. I hope that was of help

Sadly, I don't actually think that TG is all that well served by DVD.
