Default Most overrated segment?

My vote goes to the Toyota Hilux destruction challenge. It didn't really do much for me and it felt a bit too staged. How about you though?

There is no overrated segment, its perfect and cannot be improved in way!!!

Ok, now for real: I don't really like the Aygo and Swift and Fox football/whatever segments, since they were fine the first time, but part 2 and three were simply unnecessary...

AND GO AND RE-RESIZE your avatar, it looks horrid!!!

Overrated from us, the audience, or overrated by the program itself?

If its the second one, it'll have to be the Bugatti Veyron race perhaps....that even got its own preview the week before. I don't think the cars overrated though images/smilies/lol.gif

Indeed, I was so looking forward to that race, and it was just shots of the Veyron overtaking.

Exactly what I was going to say. They hyped the hell out of it all season, then not only did it lack content and comedy it was obviously, and annoyingly, staged.

x 2,345,000 or whatever. I didn't think the Veyron clip was all that and a bag of chips either.

It would have been better if the Hilux had been put at the bottom of that block of flats instead on top of it!

the european races are overrated. the 1st one was excellent, the 2nd one was even better, but than the 3rd and 4th were just too much.

I quite liked the third race with the Mclaren, despite the end being most likely staged with the boat breaking down. The Veyron was unbelievably staged though with the ending, but at least James got his traditional burst of outrage - YOU UNBEARABLE MAN images/smilies/lol.gif

One more vote for Veyron. I had such high expectations for it! Unfortunately the clip they used to preview it turned out to the be best moment of the short, the only one where you felt any real speed.

Another vote for the veyron, it was poor compared to other races they have done, I'm sure more funny moments must have happened.

My vote goes to the football as well...It was very very good the first time but the second and third were just showing us how much they're running out of bits in the production office...

+1 for Veyron Race & Football.

To be honest, the Noble M15 review was a bit disappointing. We know Hammond can do proper sports car reviews (corvette, z4m, ascari) but this wasn't as good.

The caravan trip wasn't overrated, everyone thought it was too staged! images/smilies/tongue.gif

Thus, add another vote for the Veyron.
