Presenters cars?

What cars do the guys own and what have they previously owned? 5th gear people too if anyone knows?

Jeremy has a MB CL 55 AMG, Richard a Dodge Charger and James has a old Porsche 911 i think. No clue what the fifth gear presenters own tho.

Actually, Jeremy own(ed) a Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG. I'm not sure if he still has it though. He should have his Ford GT delivered soon. They also have a 1.6 Ford Focus, a Volvo XC90 and his wife has a Swiss Army-issue Landrover Defender.

James has an old Porsche 911 (check through the forums, you'll get the exact model), and I'm not sure if he still has the Bentley. He's looking for a woman that's liberal towards bike parts in the shower.

Richard has the 1969 Dodge Charger R/T, with upgraded suspension & brakes. It's burn-your-eyes-out green. He also has a motorbike, though I'm not sure what exactly.

I think he still drives the Mercedes, unless he has received the Ford GT. Before these he had a Ferrari F355, and he has also owned an Alfa Romeo GTV6, Golf GTI and a Scirocco, Ford Escort Cosworth, an old BMW CSL(dunno about the number) and a Z1. To name a "few".

Does anybody else find it curious that the hosts of these shows own so FEW British cars that they seem to go on and on about? Mind you, I LOVE Top Gear, and appreciate the brutal honesty (it's like watching American/Pop Idol for vehicles), but there's a bit of Briticentrism. <-- I'm going to trademark that word.

I would have expected each of them to own at least 1 Jag a piece, along with a smattering of Astons/Minis/Rovers/Bentleys/Rolls etc. I guess it's one thing to REVIEW a car, and another thing entirely to own that car...

I don't think he sold his 911... I remember in one article that lists the cars he has, he had both on the list along with some other cars

James still have the Bentley and a "new" Jag, and the Porsche, so it's 2 out of 3

well I'm pretty sure that Hammond has the charger, a ford focus and a couple of old land rovers (if you saw the "should I worry about" series, particularly the water episode you did see the focus and one of the land rovers)

I suspect he might well keep the Merc anyway. The F40 isn't exactly practical.
