| In every TG there are bits that don't make it to the actual episodes. I'm thinking of course about Richard being in an armoured Fiat Panda that gets shot by a machine gun a couple of series back. Nothing to worry about , they just didn't air it (yet). | |

| Yeah I know what you mean. ![]() ![]() ![]() I guess they could not fit them in. Same with a earlier preview that showed Richard getting shot inside a bullet proof car but they never showed it. ![]() Ok sometwo beat me to it ![]() Last edited by Archie411; August 6th, 2008 at 02:02 PM.. It was actually originally made for S8, but for peculiar reasons it was only shown in S10. So those things that weren't shown might have only been shelved for a longer series in the autumn. And if it starts in October, we might expect a 10/11-episode S12 filled with goodies.

| Since TG announced (i think it was Andy Wilman) that their goal is 14 episodes per year, next season will have (mathematical experts can help us here) 8 episodes. Of course i'd love to see those segments, i assumie they were cut from the final rotation for being the worst outta the lot, therefore probably should stay on the shelve. I'd like even more if they released them on topgear.com in like a month, as a little treat for TG internet community.

When it begins they show a Skyline doing donuts, then the 306 emerges with the same colour and I was 100% sure it would be the Nissan Love the Skyline. If I'm not mistaken, that Skyline doing donuts was also in the season's preview but it was never actually used. BTW 600 posts That's the most I ever had on any forum ![]()

The old jag segment was a tribute to 50 years of British touring cars I think, they might be saving it until the later series when the BTCC season has finished, although I don't really know why they'd be doing that. I'd be surprised if the BTCC segment doesn't get shown, it looks like they'd of gone to quite a bit of trouble to get quite a few of the classics there only to not show the film.

I think I saw an old Chevy Camaro (67 perhaps?) next to what I believe is an old Jaguar MKII. I sincerely hope that they've just tucked this away for the next series, it looks like a good video! | |
