Series 7 Query

Hi all,
Every series they have a montage of what's going to be on in the coming weeks of the series. I was watching the one for series seven obviously in the first episode of series 7 and at 1:34 we see richard hammond being shot at in a car. I saw a similar clip in a previous early montage (series 3 or 4 i think). I scanned both series preariously and this particular segment whatever it was never materialised.
i was wondering if anybody knew what it was or why it never appeared. Would of been good to watch hammond being shot at. Most likely part of his old sciency stuff from top gear. eg, the boeing 747 vs mondeo and 2cv, can you beat a speed camera, what happens if a car is struck by lightning and stuff like that.

They just decided to never show it.

Yes. This has been covered many times before.

They didn't show it in series 7 and many figured it would be shown at other times, but it never has.

I admit though, those sciencey Hammond segments were good. I like the one of him in the Golf getting electrocuted.
