If I have the option, I'll watch without subtitles. Thats one great thing about going to see a movie at a cinema in the UK or the US. No subs, sweeeet! images/smilies/thumbsup.gif

it will never make it to the US shores, for one no one will understand the slang and all the comedic sections will be cut to make way for commercial breaks.

It would be like watching the current car and drive show, booooring!!

I guess I kinda don't want it to come to the US for fear of BBC thinking they need to "alter" the show for the US market or something silly like that.
At least right now we don't worry about that.

A watered down version of Topgear is already being sold, i think it only lasts about 40 minutes. Some stuff are always cut out like the "news" part and the guest/stars seems to be from time to time.
