Default supercharged, turbocharged, charged

Hi all, this just comes into my mind:

What MPG can be achieved if a Golf GT (the 1.4TSI one) is turned into a (plug-in) hybrid?

As TG watcher, it's obvious where the title of this poster comes from. Seems that it is technically possible to put all the three form of `charge' into one car! Maybe TG should have a challenge on that?

Is this a serious thread or simply a case of Golfsburg fanboi-ism? Either way it's hardly TG related - Jeremy doesn't like the 1.4 TSi as mentioned above and they've hardly got the technical ablility for this kind of modification.

As a non-TG related question it might have merit, but it would need to be moved to a suitable section of the forum (just a suggestion and while I'm at it here's another one - if you want high mpg from a Golf just buy a diesel.)
