Default TG Crew - who do you or the other half have the hots for?

Best pal and 15yo son were staying with us last week for a couple of nights. During the inevitable TG conversation junior asked me if I knew who the Stig was. I told him it was *** ******* and showed him a pic online to which HWFT went "Phowarr!"

Do you or your respective partners have the hots for any of the TG boys, and if it's your other half do you care or do you think it's cool/hot/freaky?

EDIT: A big shout out to the cowardly troll who neg repped this post/thread but of course didn't sign their name. "i hate such topics from deep inside my black heart. stop it." Black-hearted indeed, as well as not knowing what the shift key is for.

Hammond is the cutest, but I think James May has the edge for me. That intellectual streak does it for me.

Snerk.

Anyhoo, *** ******* is pretty "phowarr!" for sure. I can see how and why Hersworksfinetoo is turned on.

Meanwhile, in order of phowarrness, for me: Hamster (clever, enthusiastic, thoughtful) - Stig (the anonymity) - James (intelligent, blokeish) - Wilman (hella funny, a bit scruffy) - Jeremy (opinionated, unapologetic, a bit snarky).

None. Sorry. I'd go to the pub with any of them in a heartbeat and grin like a silly schoolgirl, but Jeremy and James are very nearly old enough to be my father, and I dunno, I don't do much crushing on people from TV in that way.

Realistically, it would be the Stig, if he was 17, good looking, knows how to do maths, can draw and take pictures and loved pokemon when he was a kid.

Unrealistically, I have this attachment to Richard, probably for looks, but now I'm getting attached to James because of his intelligence and philosophy.

Hasn't this been asked before?

Hamster.

Stig fills out that suit quite nicely, but if he is who a lot of people say he is: nah.

For me:

Hammond....he is cute, but to me...has that "little brother" feel.

Jeremy...not exactly handsome, but not too bad. But gives off that "older crabby brother" vibe.

James...is very dashing, and I do have a bit of a crush on him..but:

I could imagine going out with him..and then just spending the evening talking about the toys from his series...or getting into a debate over something mechanical.

And forgetting all about the 'date'.

The Stig. None of the boys do anything for me on a physical level.

Each of them for different reasons;

The Stig- he has a lovely bum, the mystery and his ability to act without facial expressions . I was very dissapointed when the Speed channel had some sped up video of *** ******* walking to his car.

James- I like his joy of things. I really enjoyed his flight on the U2 spy plane.

Hammond- He is cute and has so much energy.

Jeremy- I kind of like the kranky personality.

In all honestly, very much Hammond, and *** ******* from time to time. I have very strange taste in men, haven't ever really gone for anyone that could be described as 'classically good-looking' - I go in for big dark eyes, longish hair, faces with character, blokes several years older than me (I'm 23), and ridiculous enthusiasm as a character trait. I also find that shortish men who are a bit angry about it can be a great deal of fun - they have a point to prove, and so they try harder.

Hope this doesn't break forum rules, we're all grown-ups here.

If the Stig lifted his helmet and it was Jessica Alba or Eliza Dushku underneath then i'd probably say "hubba hubba" and wolf whistle. but only that! in the words of Al Murray "i was never confused!"

James for me. Although I couldn't imagine actually being with someone who has as many OCD tendencies as he does. I'd be forced to adjust his AC vents every time I got in his car. I don't think he would appreciate that.

Until I'd heard of James May I thought I was the only person in the world who was OCD enough to have to line up my air vents. It's nice to know I'm not alone.

James, I don't know why. I have this amazing ability to develop crushes on celebs that are >15 years older than me. And his eyes are absolutely stunning. And he's funny, smart, a cat lover, etc, etc.....

I'll stop now.
