I've had a sneak preview of this DVD as I've a mate who works for a TV company doing Technical reviews. We were off out for a drink last week but he was overunning at work so I met him there whilst he was finishing the review of JC's new DVD and I caught the last 20 min's of it.
I've seen several of the old ones and I don't know what has happened but this one looks amazing, no longer a rainy runway in Norfolk but an amazing track in the California desert. Pictures look like Top Gear too and they seem to have got hold of some new music as well. Very cool Ford GT special in Orange without any roof (don't recognise it) doing huge powerslides. Now I just need to see the first hour!

However I hope they don't get rid of the theme they have used for the past 10 years. Cheesy guitar music as an opening intro is a Clarkson DVD essential images/smilies/sad.gif

The music is well, crappy. Much like what was in the first episodes of the new Top Gear. Thank god they dont use that same music in Top Gear anymore images/smilies/tongue.gif

The music isn't enough to ruin it for me.

So when does it come out? Sometime in november? I remeber it got delayed or something.

It's out November 6th - you are referring to the Clarkson box set that got delayed until next year for some absurd reason.

The music at the end was a sort of Bluesy number, surprisingly cool, but I don't remember hearing it before.

They should take a fully charged-up Prius and dump it into a body (or tank) of water. Just imagine the short-circuity goodness you'd get from that.
