There are multiple Stigs. I believe this is the theory the majority of folks on here (myself included) believe to be true.

Does anybody know where/when/why this was photographed???

I wonder if it was a media setup, to direct so much light into his helmet at the correct angle or whatever that it would become transparent!

Just out of interest what is Ben Collins doing at the minute? I haven't heard any news of him racing anywhere or training. Because it is possible that he could be doing filming for the next series of Top Gear.

It doesn't make a difference to me to know who the Stig's real identity is, I have no clue about racing car drivers images/smilies/lol.gif
