Default This guy or the RAF pilot that pwned the lamp post?

A new Top Gear presenter in training.

http://www.nearlygood.com/video/crazyarab.html

So who would you rather see on TG, this dude or the RAF pilot that shaved off the top of the lamp post in Britain?

Well OK, I know this ain't new by any standard.

It got me thinking though. TG has some undeniable driving talent, some skills and a bit of balls to it.

But as stated many times before there is a lot more talent out there, and that Nurburg piece and poor May in the rally car in the bob sled race clearly show there's a lot more balls out there too.

Which would add the most to the TG show is what I'm asking here.

They've got most of the show bang on if you ask me, but I've got a feeling, there's just no more low down angle shots u can take of that powerslide through hammerhead they show with just about every supercar they drive. The third race across europe is gonna be a 'just another'. And nobody s gonna laugh when they prove next time, that show off MPVs drive like a liana off road.
TG has always been about entertainment and shots of mad driving always helped when the story was weak.

So which one would you pick the guy that dares shave off a lamp post or a guy that can do a 1440.

And next time please kill the urge to contribute absolutely nothing to the thread

Those people should be shot.

And yes, this video is older than the internet.

how many times has this been posted?.... btw this is one dumb asshole... sliding around is cool with me but not on public roads where there are other users and pedastrians... this is what I always say "Driving like a maniac is fine, but not when you put others at risk"... if he misjudged slightly, he could have easily rammed another car or worst, one of the pedastrians

no matter how much practice they do, they are still bound to make mistakes through mis-judgement or something... if they really want to do this, there are always race tracks to do it

Actually those pricks do this shit on the public roads.

And to answer the original question, there's no way I'd reward that asshole by giving him a spot on TV.
