I think it is real. Think about it, if you were gonna put up a "fake" shirt, would you put up a small?

Just because the top gear crew puts out a quality show doesn't mean they get quality tshirts made.

The shirt is at least 3 years old. The shirts they use now are the "I am The Stig" ones but with "Top Gear Film Crew" on the back.
