Top Gear staff using reflexive pronouns

It seems like there are a lot of articles that are written by the staff that have sentences that end with ",this."

Something like
"A good car it is, this." etc.

Do all of you locals talk like that?

I'm just padding this until another moderator can come in and call us morons. The fact is that in this age of "text talk" and AOL-Speak, I respect anyone who can recognize a reflexive pronoun.
