Default Top Gear staff using reflexive pronouns

It seems like there are a lot of articles that are written by the staff that have sentences that end with ",this."

Something like
"A good car it is, this." etc.

Do all of you locals talk like that?

Come on now, we all know it would be "Strong the force is in this Aston Martin, yes, hmmm heh heh, strong, yes."

Anyway, it's just a British mannerism I've seen it in places besides Top Gear.

Similar to why you can't have a conversation with a Welshman, because all he does is ask you questions........ all sentences ending in "is it?"

I have experienced that myself; it seems common in California, yes?

I'm just padding this until another moderator can come in and call us morons. The fact is that in this age of "text talk" and AOL-Speak, I respect anyone who can recognize a reflexive pronoun.
