Actually that wasn't bad. (well I am saying that even though I only understood a couple of words.) I kept waiting for the stig to take it for a spin.

I like that they do the welcome in English almost in the same style as Clarkson. I've noticed a lot of translated shows do this, they always have some parts in English for no real reason.

I'm willing to translate this if you'd like. (even though I have hardly any experience at all with subtitling)

The other bike should have won, but the beer argument for the other one is something to think about.
The drag test was very unfair, one of the drivers jumped the start.
And who else thinks the Majestic looks like a Gazelle?
Last season was much better.

Hi Guys!

Wow, Youtube links really IS helpful for finding who's linking to my clips images/smilies/wink.gif

Thanks all for the great response images/smilies/smile.gif We're thinking about a new episode which should push the boundaries much further than in this (rather amateuristic) clip. I'm talking about getting seriously close to the level that T(op)G is getting at the moment. We're putting the script together and we're hoping to show you more that we can do with our imagination images/smilies/wink.gif

Anyone wanna hear how this clip came together? Me and two schoolmates were told to make some kind of extreme makeover as an entry to a schoolcamp leader-trial. So finally I came up with a TG parody (since I'm a huge TG-fan). And since I've watched every single show since S3 of the new TG (as i'm sure a lot of you have), I roughly had an idea of what it should look like. The rest is history images/smilies/smile.gif

We're thinking about doing the next show in English, but of course there is a problem: we're Dutch... And as you've seen in, well for example, the film on the Spyker C8, Clarkson tries to impersonate the charming Dutch accent that Dutchies like me honourably like to use. We'll I've done bilingual education so I'm pretty fluent, but I'm not so sure about my mates. Well.. we'll figure it out images/smilies/biggrin.gif

See y'all later and I'll keep in touch!

Welcome! Always good to have more motivated fans on board. As for the Dutch accent, yes please record the next one in English. Just imagine how quickly Clarkson & Wilman would pounce on it for the news segment!
