What EP has a GT and Rolls Royce racing? *EP link in post*

I found this link on the BMW forums and its a clip of a GT and Rolls Royce Phantom racing on the Top Gear track. Ive watched almost 98% of the TG ep's but can't recall what ep this race is from. Can someone shed some light and post what EP this clip is from? Cheers!

I don't reckon I've seen that on a Top Gear ep either. It'm pretty sure I've seen all the episodes since those cars were released. One of Jeremy's DVDs maybe? Considering the largely lame synth music, I'd be betting it's definitely one of Jeremy's DVDs.

Same here, i've watched all the recent TG ep's and I don't recall this race. Now that you mention it the background music does sound corny which would mean that it might be a special on DVD. If anyone knows where the clip is from please post! images/smilies/smile.gif

Nah cant be..that was 2003. The one you are reffering to is the TopGear Shootout.

The music is definately a Clarkson DVD (he seems to recycle 4 or 5 songs). images/smilies/mrgreen.gif

It's from Clarkson's 2003 Shootout. He says it's the best year of the auto industry and he's going to find the funnest cars to drive. He starts by saying his favorite car is the Rolls but then goes on to say that it isn't the funnest. Then he comes to the Bently and he races the 2 cars. It's a pretty good DVD. You can find it at

Why do all his videos have that Awful music. Why cant he just hire the Sound guys from the Main show. Would make it much more watchable. images/smilies/lol.gif
