What would you like to see in the upcoming series? - Page 3

You people have no imagination at all. What i wan't to see is the a true test of the Caparo T1s agility, and heres how. No more laptimes, thats soo last year! What they need to do now is fill a building full of squirrels with cameras strapped to their backs, and then have Clarkson try and run over as many squirrels as possible in 2 minutes using all of the most prestigious supercars of the last decade. The most agile car will of course run over the most squirrels, and be announced the winner. Plus think of the excellent camera work the squirrels will provide up until their flattening, i say fire all the camera crews and buy some damn squirrels.

Some New Zealanders saw the Caparo and decided to build a slower version. I believe it is called Hulme or something.

I know most of the stuff has already been filmed for this series. I would love to see a head to head Mercedes C63 AMG vs Audi RS4 vs BMW M3. Or something like that.

although its probably too late, that would be a great 1v1v1 challenge. I believe James is already doing a M3 vs RS4 review though, so that bit will at least be covered.

Wrong. What you want to see is the BMW M3 vs. Audi RS5 (FIVE!!! not four.) vs. Mercedes-Benz CLK (not C)63 AMG. Then that would be truly epic because they're all German compact super COUPES and it would be more exciting than a coupe vs. two sedans (RS5=RS4 Coupe, CLK=C coupe.)

OK officially, Australia is cooler than New Zealand. Those few have ruined it for the majority. Sad, but unevokably true.

Why not?? That would make an awesome segment. I wouldn't mind seeing them take the new 2008 Challenger out for a review, particularly since Hammond is so enthusiastic about it! I wonder if he'll actually buy one.. images/smilies/tongue.gif

I'd like them to get back to season 8 standard when it comes to the reviews/challenges/cocking about ratio. Dont get me wrong, the challenges and cocking about are some of the best parts of Top Gear, but it gets a bit much sometimes. To take a page out of Clarksons book:

What we have here are pancakes. Top Gear is a pancake, the challenges are the bacon, and the cocking about is the maple syrup. Bacon and maple syrup makes the pancake much better, but ONLY bacon and syrup just doesnt work as well.

*Bites into rolled up pancake with bacon and maple syrup*

See what I mean?

Oh, and for the love of the deity of your choice: Stop saying "Torques"!!!

Idea for a challenge (like the Brera-RX8-TT), featuring the compact, luxury, super-saloons:

Clarkson: Mercedes-Benz: C63 AMG
Hammond: BMW M3
May: Audi RS4

With a mention of the Audi IS-F, cause it seems like a superrelibale but souless car.

Good idea, but there is no RS4 atm and the M3 is only sold as coupe. When Audi decides to make another RS4 this could happen. images/smilies/smile.gif
