Maybe they forgot about it, or it would be too expensive to do the restoration. But I can't see that happening. I don't know, maybe they weren't getting the response they wanted from the audience for it. Hmm I have no idea.

Maybe they're still restoring it, and it will feature in the next series. I mean, Rome wasn't built in a day.

They have done it, they have filmed it, its gonna be on the show soon, and they are selling it now with the condition that is has to go back to the studio for a day when they record the actual show...

Pretty much the only possibilty, I'd say...

I saw that too and thought it was mightily suspicious. How long does it take to restore a mini - not very long at all, it looked like it only needed reassembling and I know blokes who would sit at the kitchen table and rebuilt a mini 1275 engine in a weekend, fuelled merely by tea.

Interesting too they mentioned that someone from the callers would be given a day at the studios, never heard them read out a name for a winner.

We should ask the question about the mini to the men in the know
