i thought the one where jezza tested the BMW X3 was boring and useless.

the rolls royce would have been better had then not shown the dive in the start of the show.......

Riced Peugot v Sprite is one of my favorite bits because I totally aagree with James: stereos, subs, lambo doors, ugly paint suck, especially on a FWD car. Music was excellent, end result was very pleasing.

I rather liked watching the chaps dish out the soft tops in iceland. Although it was long, any kind of sustained bickering amongst the three i like.

Re-watching the Veyron race, I found that very entertaining as well: Hammster annoying James on the plane, the Bugatti's incredible noise, Clarkson sarcasm and an exciting ending!

"Avez-vous.... le beer?"

Segements I didnt like were in the studio where it seemed rather rehreased:

-in the news, replacing cars with cows
-post miata mx-5 talk.
-end of the Top Gear awards

Well seems to be last season's ep mostly...

I started a topic about this here:

the bugatti review was good, but it could have been so much more, in clarksons article he talked so much about driving the car, and how amazing it was, and we really didnt see anything like that in the episode, possibly a few good blowbys, interesting camera angles, and good humor, but i wanted to see the car in action, i wanted to see what the car accelerated like(never saw this, just heard about it) especially at high speed, or atleast give us a few good moments on a twisty road(612 segment)

the tt/350/whatever the hell review did bore me i bit, but it was still better than most tv etc

i like cars so i find things like teh x3 interesting just because then i can have a more educated opinions on the car(truck?!?)

First post! images/smilies/wave.gif

I have to say the Restoration Ripoff project they had a couple of seasons ago. What was the point? The winner was announced, but that was all we ever heard. We never saw the car that was actually restored. And the few minutes they used to present each car were not interesting at all IMHO.

But in general I think many of the (studio) segments from last season sounded too rehearsed. I have been watching some of the older episodes recently and they just feel so much more fluent and genuine.

Yeah, restoration ripoff was...odd.

I also hated the bits with jason dawe and car buying tips. Just didn't work for me.
Oh and teh fastest religion/... was boring and pointless.

Jumping over stuff with different vehicles is a bit old.

Otherwise i love the show.
