images/smilies/lmao.gif OMG that's so hilarious. How boring can you be? Third Gear, yea right. ROFL.

If we must have Jeremy Clarkson on the television, let’s give him something useful to do, such as trying out public transport or road-testing new bicycles. Perhaps he would like to drive a bus; he’d find it just as much fun as a Ferrari.
I'd really like to see that! images/smilies/lmao.gif

programme ended up apologising and paying compensation to the local parish council for the damage caused

This is something I dont understand.

Why does they pay the council money for driving into a tree?

Shouldn't they pay the tree the money afterall the council will spend the money on themself and the tree just stands there not even seeing the money made from it's tree friends.

"Through use of Jeremy Clarkson as presenter, with his distinctive image, it is in danger of encouraging a ‘yobbish’ attitude on the road."

I love that. I guess they don't want us to wear jeans and t-shirt while we drive now...
