it sure does appear that they are pretty capable offroad. obviously modified but still. personally i totally love those things and would love to get one lower and turbo it for ultimate sleeperness

I just saw one of those cars yesterday here in my town. It was kindo of blue-greenish colored. I find it funny, wouldn't mind having one to take to the beach.

I'm not really surprised that they are good off road, since it replaced the Samurai, which was also very good off road, because of it's light weight and revvy engine, apparently.

Shockingly ugly though, the front looks to me like a blend of 2nd gen. Micra and 2nd gen. MX-5.

Not surprised it's good off road, it's based off the sidekick platform. Those are decent 4x4s if I ever saw one.
