Spectre is right though, that is a damn good replica, all the proportions seem about right (something many replicas, especially ones of cars from that time, fail at, thus making it blindingly obvious that they are replicas, see Auburn Roadster replicas) and parts like the grille, side vents and bumper look very well made.

Spectre is also right about the guy driving it. he should have his tires and his face punctured with a pitchfork. Id love to have a replica of something like that, but I would NEVER try and pass it off as the real thing.

Did the guy actually say it was a Duesenberg ?

But it's not a real Duesenberg. Can anyone else spot the really huge problem with it in the picture, which combined with the second one makes it a replica?

1: Duesenbergs have lolsprings (leaf springs) and not coil springs.
2: Duesenbergs use an inline engine and the exhaust is on the right side of the car, not the left.

It's a very nice replica, though. However, please use a Tazer on the man when next you see him for telling people it's a real Duesenberg.

It took me, too - but then, the only one I've ever seen was a Model J, and its exhaust wasn't external.

Well, I could tell it was special, I just didn't know how special it was. C'mon, it's like seeing a really cool bird and then looking it up later and realizing you've seen a dodo. How is that not exciting? I guess I overreacted a bit but it was four in the morning and I was feeling a little loopy.

Aww, yeah I heard Transformers wasn't very good, but at least the effects were amazing, right? That's what I want to see it for. I'm glad the lambo cheered you up though, it was gorgeous in person.
