This was somewhat coincidental with my cousins' wedding which took place on the same day they all arrived, but I thought it would be a bit of fun posting them here.
This Aero 8 was already there when I arrived, and I originally thought it was part of the wedding service, maybe something for my cousin to drive away..... ![]() ...Until after the wedding when I went home for a while and came back for the after party, and all these were parked outside. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Oh, I love Morgans. Those are some good pics, too!
Gleh, the Aero 8 really needs the updated headlights to look right. Also, all those classic Morgans and only one Aero 8? How bizarre. But oh yeah, I'd happily take any of them.

Yeah, Morgans are sold here. I caught two of them at the Winter Park Concours in Orlando last year.

I don't know whether the older - more traditional - Morgans are (or ever have been) sold over there, but the Aero 8 is sold over there, and it's been through full American Car Law testing (can't remember the initials), which involved crashing 23 Aero 8s (!) and several million pounds' outlay. 'salso why the Aero 8 has both airbags and traction control.

They must have been doing a tour of the country then. They were down here a couple of weeks ago. I got some photos when they were here but only on my phone as I was caught out when I saw them at the pub. So the photos are a bit rubbish. Must be great fun to do something like that though. At least 5 of the ones in your photos were here - possibly more but I recognise 5 of them as I had a good look around them!

Yup, two too many cars, but I love 'em: 1991 Peugeot 309 - owned it for four years, currently the only runner and the daily driver... but great fun to drive! French though, so gotta treat her rough to keep her happy. 1989 Toyota MR2 Mk1 - owned it for two years. Love it loads. Currently undergoing a suspension upgrade... 1987 Toyota MR2 Mk1 SC - A project car that had Headgasket issues when I bought it. I've never driven it... yet... |
