The other side's rear quarter panel was primer gray, but that picture didn't come out. The original color of the car was green.

I see a lot of good in the Vault-Tec implication.

Somebody is desperately trying to get some curves to the niva
Actually that would look fine after some bodywork and painting..Did you guys know that they still sell nivas here in finland? They're horrible, everything is straight from the last decades... they might be good off road, but rubbish everywere else.

hat Lada either came from the factory like that or it was dealer installed. There two similar ones rolling around my town.
And random fact for you, I live in one of the last towns in North America with a shop specializing in Ladas and Lada parts. They have a Niva, and a couple of Samaras on the lot right now and there are enough Nivas in town that its rare to go a day without seeing one. |

![]() It's wonderful to think that the only thing that has changed for the current cars is the 1.7 injection engine, which itself is from the early 90's With a few modifications, they make great cheap offroaders though

I am not sure whether this belongs here, or rather in the carbage thread...either way, I thought it would be appropriate.
*Note* Some cursing in this one...

Posting some rougher cars I spotted on the trip to Greece.
First some pickups, the first of which was the only one running: ![]() Not much wrong with it except a couple of knocks, I guess. ![]() This Nissan pickup sported a nice rust treatment on the driver's side front wing, VW tuner style. ![]() ![]() This US-model Hilux had a 3.0-litre V6, parts of which now occupied the passenger's side footwell. Engine Block Heater? Some Italian cars: ![]() An abandoned Alfa 33. ![]() ![]() A Lancia Beta that hadn't completely turned into red dust. And the last one, the real beater of the post: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I especially love the lived-in feeling of that Ypsilon's cabin. |

Which one?
![]() I like the Beta and the photos turned out pretty well, imo. The worn paint looks vintage. |
