Should we break this into two separate pages for the Classic and Current formats of Top Gear? The Classic list is starting to get quite long.

Ive gone ahead and added the rest of the classic top gear episodes since 1978 (Top Gear Xtra) as it is also known.

The 1st ten series of Top Gear Xtra are now linking to the Current Series episodes.. So might be good to split the two.

Also.. How about not having a Winter/Spring series...? Just create a series for each year Top Gear Xtra ran?

That will cut it down to 24 seasons. Although some seasons will have 36 odd episodes. They certainly did churn them out back then images/smilies/smile.gif

The Winter/Spring series are how the BBC defined them - for most of it's run there'd be two episodes a year where they would say "Welcome to a new series of Top Gear" and two a year which would be billed as the last in the present series. I suggest we follow this.

I did start adding old episode pages as http://wiki.finalgear.com/wiki/Top Gear 01x01 (1978) - for S01 to about S15 I suggest calling the pages "Top Gear 01x05 (YYYY)" to avoid confusion with the new episodes.

On a side note, I don't think Top Gear Xtra is anything to do with the main old Top Gear series, no matter what IMDB says.

Yeah, that would be preferred.

... I ask Herb Helbig, vehicle synthesis manager for SRT and a member of the original Team Viper development group since day one, if they'd ever thought of adding traction control. "It comes with two," he says, pointing at my feet. "Learn to use them." Got it.
