That sounds like part of the Bourne soundtrack, not sure of the exact song, but def from that trilogy.

Sounds similar to part of "Waterloo"

I'm almost positive 19:29 - 20:07 is a Craig Armstrong track (it's got his trademark piano + strings), but I haven't been able to figure out which one exactly.

Track title might simply be "Waterloo." My iTunes library isn't connected at the moment.
