Acura unviels the 2013 NSX today

In today's market there's just no way 350 HP is enough-unless this care is going to weigh less than 2200 lbs. The original NSX competed with 270-290 HP, initially with its technology, the NSX had a target market where it could compete against the likes of the Ferrari 348. Why would you want to spend that much money on a car where a 5.0 BOSS could beat you in many performance categories?
For the same reasons people would rather own a 911 or an R8 instead of a Corvette ZR1 or a GT-R. It's not always about the raw performance. Style, refinement, and just a plain sense of "WANT" enter the equation, too.

A V6 Camry beats my car in many performance categories. I'm glad we are starting to see more cars that are "fun" rather than "fast."
