Yup, that's why autocrossers chalk up their sidewalls to see how much they roll up in cornering.

It happens especially without reinforced sidewalls.

It's a real shame Tajima doesn't have the kind of sponsorship he deserves.I believe his main sponsor is his own shop, he doesn't even have support from Suzuki. Can you imagine if he was sponsored by Monster Energy drink? Not only is the name fitting, but his biggest rival right now is Rhys Millen, sponsored by Red Bull. What a golden opportunity for both Monster and Suzuki.

Tajima is such a unique character in motorsports it would be nice to see him and the event get some more exposure. Although, I must admit, the hill climb is such a wonderful grassroots event. It would be a shame to see all the local and small teams get run off by a big, expensive event.
