California road rage roll

:lmao:

Description:
Maybe the driver was a bit foggy about the meaning of the 11' 8" clearance sign, or the significance of the "OVERHEIGHT - MUST TURN" flashing signal? I don't know, but he floored it and hit the bridge with his rental truck this morning.

What’s frustrating about this matter with what I thought was only a US thing is, where the fuck are all the tax money related funds going? I have a hard time believing everybody is this underfunded. If they were, municipal vehicles would be much older and in poor shape.

It's not that it's underfunded but that many locales both in and out of the US have issues with corruption, inefficiency and gross incompetence/mismanagement in road construction and government project management. And, of course, all the money intended for roads that goes to bicycle paths that nobody uses, walking trails that nobody uses, mass transit systems that people may or may not use...

It's always enlightening to see how much money goes to 'waste' in roadworks in a state or municipality. You live in one of the areas of the US that gets the least amount of roads per dollar.

HERO bus driver has told of the heart-stopping moment she skilfully averted tragedy on the Capital’s treacherous roads.

mum-of-two - ferrying 20 passengers included schoolchildren through the blizzard - skilfully controlled the drift to just miss the hatchback and oncoming traffic.
