Maybe the driver was Chinese? Or maybe the car wash was built in China like everything else? Or maybe, the car washes in China are manual and you have to drive the car backwards and forwards to clean it. :|

Corrected. Not sure. Saw it on a Spanish newspaper site.

Chinese Woman's first drive in new Ferrari

I hate to give this guy any publicity, but he is king idiot of the month in my book.

I can't say I'm surprised, I've heard similar things from a friend who bought a new Discovery Sport. Two cars and many failed 'attempts' to fix it later he took it back and bought an older Discovery 4. Fast forward a year and he upgrades the D4 to a newer version, still under warranty. That car has been back to the dealership many times now and once again they have failed to fix faults. It doesn't seem the matter how much you spend either, as shown here buying an expensive Range Rover doesn't guarantee priority as you would expect or even good communication from the dealerships.

I've always said that if I came in to a large sum of money that I would go out and buy a new Range Rover, now I really doubt that I would. I'd rather walk in to a classic car dealership and buy an early 1980s model in showroom condition. The price isn't that far off these days.

I would get a Toyota Land Cruiser of some flavor before ever touching a Range Rover or Land Rover (unless it was a classic Series).

Funny you should say that, said friend was test driving a Land Cruiser (at least the version we can get in the UK) and said it felt like a 15 year old Discovery, the 2nd generation like mine, and was miles behind his Discovery 4. Seems like they're chalk and cheese, maybe the fact that a stick of chalk is easier to make than Stilton just results in a product that is perceived to be made better. :dunno:

That will teach them to secure the load properly.

It is stuff like this that makes me believe that you should be licensed to haul a trailer.

here you need a special license to haul more than 750kg (trailer included)

Driver licenses don't seem to stop all other types of idiocy so doubt trailer license would.
