Looks clean minus the steering wheel. I'm not a fan of having a smaller engine in these but if the price was right and it was in good condition I would consider it. The SL-class is my favorite Mercedes model.

Now having said this, is that correct? 540,000 kilometers? Five hundred forty thousand? Jeez...

It always amuses me how cars like this had small wheels and tall-profile tyres back then, compared to now. Not a fan of the grey leather myself but otherwise an old SL would be nice, I always liked the look of Clarkson's.

Yes, you can legally import them. However, many currently in the US were illegally imported back in the day and don't have the paperwork to allow them to be here. Can cause lots of problems down the line.
