Let's just say I hate going from Mustang to F-150. Which I'll have to do in few weeks due to snow. 4.6L in F-150 is so underpowered, but I don't mind.
I use my F-150 just for winter driving, which is why there is less than 15,000 miles on the odometer (I bought the truck brand new in 2005). I bought a base model so it's pretty light (at least for trucks standards). I compared numbers once, I think my F-150 weights about 800 lbs less than fully loaded 4.6L.
But it's definitely nice in the snow. Before F-150 I drove a Mustang for 5 years in Wisconsin winters ... Glad that's over.
