I got myself a nice birthday present and bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy today. These are dealer pics, I'll take ones myself when its not 10 p.m. and pouring outside.

Most of you know I already have a 1995 Legacy which I absolutely love (and still own). This is just a new and improved version for me :)

FYI the color looks A LOT better in person, I almost didn't go look at it because of the color

Lock the thread if you must, but I feel I earned the benefit of the doubt. Like I said, I'll take pictures myself (including proof of ownership) hopefully tomorrow.

Sweet, very nice buy, congratulations! The last great looking Legacy Subaru has made. :p

I drive all day at work, last thing I want is to get in my car and shift gears, I just want to get in my sexy car and relax at the end of the day.

Looks great!

Needs more JDM front and rear end sexiness, though. I'm just not feeling that chrome bar across the front.

Looks fantastic, I've always loved the Legacy.

Hooray!! Glad to see you back into a Legacy!

Was this a leftover 2009?

Congrats on the new car!
Not entirely sold on that legacy's front, but that rear has really grown on me.

Had you bought some 30 year old italian supercar I'd understand. But changing gear in a modern stick shift doesn't really require any special effort from the driver. You quickly get used to shifting without thinking about it. AND you get a better mileage.

Subaru's automatic.........

No its a 2008 that came off lease, leftover 2009s are still going for WAY too much money around here. 35,000 miles on it already  I was looking at an identical car only without foglights that had 17,000 miles but it was sold by the time I went to the dealer. Nevertheless, I love this damn car. :)
