Been slowly adding more to the post above in many edits. I need to lay off the craigslist. I hear people need to replace one addiction with another activity. Anyone know any good crack dealers?

Is there such a thing as good crack?

Love these little vans. There was a Japanese specialist in Tulsa where I grew up that had a white one that sat out front with their name on the sides, Surfside Auto Parts.

Awesome! $42k of awesome with no photos of the engine? Eh...

Some how I now want pistachio ice cream...

Posting expired. I snoozed and I loozed...

Dear lord is this thing double ugly...

Damn!!! That gives a new meaning to grandma fresh... Rick needs this!

Super super clean. Love it. What would one do with such a car?

Double post, sorry not sorry

No reason to be sorry. The more the merrier.

I can dig this. I'd swap out the 6 and 3 speed for something with a bit more grunt, but still period correct.

"Swimming pool blue" Perfect. Other than that, this thing is ugly and odd. Good find.

Worth the money just for the Marvin the Martian mud flaps.

Looks like fun! Where do I sign-up?

That's awesome! I've never seen such a short wheelbase. There must have been a semi-permanent trailer attached at one time.

Another one for the Museum of Good Condition Mediocre Cars. Wasn't there one just like this in Pulp Fiction?

This would make a great DD once the small problems where sorted out. A/C would be a must though.

Deleted by author? Missed another.

I want this and I want to travel the US in it? Love the French idea of utilitarian.

I'd like the chance to drive one of these early Hondas sometime. Maybe even a side by side comparison with a contemporary American car.

Make all the Jeeps into one! Very weird. I could only see this being used on road...

But why? Really odd to make a coupe Bug...

Jeep replacement for you, CrzRsn? :D

Just no...

Do want! :D This would take my bikes to the trails in comfort and class! :D

Not for me... But I'll bet you like it.

Not a bad price, but when does "taken care of from day one" mean you leave your empty juice bottles in the rear floor?

Check out that lace paint work! Very '70s. These are such odd little cars.

No. Just no.

Do I want to buy a car brand known for rust from a city that is lower than sea level? :D

Beautiful. Never seen one quite like it.

Rotten. Why are these always rotted completely out?

I've seen plenty of these, usually hack jobs by off-roaders. But what sort of crack is this guy smoking? I can barely read what he has written.

\

So it's a 4-wheel moped. Interesting.

Damn! That's a beautiful car, but $42k seems like a lot of money for a Fox.

Could be a really nice cruiser when done.

That is absolutely tiny. The car in my profile pic is 12 feet.

WTF? As much time as they spent cutting up the Mustang and building the sub-structures to lengthen the buggy, you would think they would have been better off just building a full buggy from scratch.

 Overpriced though...

One of the nicest XJs I've seen. Those Wrangler wheels work really well there.
https://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/cto/d/2000-jeep-cherokee-xj/6356653625.html

Rick needs this one.

Interesting find. The market for famous people's cars is an odd one though. Can't see this being worth a whole lot, ever...

Woot! :D

Kinda one of those just because you can doesn't mean you should...

Eh... I like these cars, but I'm not feeling this example. Too modified in the wrong ways...

Odd mixture of parts. Does't really pull it off either. I just can't get into the fender-less truck thing...

Not something you usually see in this nice of shape. These mad good looking tube chassis drag cars too. :D

A French car named fire... What could possibly go wrong?

DO WANT! I missed buying one of these a number of years ago. Still kick myself...

The bi-fold tailgate makes it. Would DD!

(also posted this one to Rick's XJ thread since its local to him)

Damn! Rick needs this for sure!

Uh... Not sure what to say here. It's ugly and well, I know it's meant as a racecar replica, but why would someone want that for the street?

Don't see these everyday. Though at that price, why not buy a 4C and invest the remainder.

Neat heritage. I'm sure there are dozens of stories like this from the '50s & '60s. Though without replicas built from the original body...

Crackpot price. That thing is uber rough and no one wants them...

Oh my... That would be a car to have. I like the E30 estates, too bad they are out of my range for a fun car...

Neat car, but I just never really liked the styling. Call me crazy...

Yet, I love the styling of this? I guess there's no allowing for taste. :D Price is crackpot...

Rallycross beater?

1. Paint it white.
2. Put UN decals on door.
3. Drive around Albama
4. ?
5. Death

I'll bet with the Olds V8 this thing was a rocket! (No pun intended.)

Beautiful trucks, but $125k for a pair of them? DAMN!

For sure an oddity. Anyone else remember the twin engine Hyundai Tiburon that could put one transmission in forward and the other in reverse to do weird donut burnouts?

Skip to ~1:40 for the burnout. (Also note the uploader...)
