Clearly someone really wanted an S-Type R or XJR but failed at getting a good job :p
 
The license plate tells you why they failed at it.

The ironic thing is that if Bossy (probably female) had had a clue, she could have bought a used XJR or S-type R for the price of the X-Type she actually bought.
