Best radar detectors for under 100 dollars?

I think this is a appropriate place to post this.

So whenever I'm driving I always pay attention to my surroundings, sometimes I'm not as attentive, and I don't see the cop that I speed past. I've been getting way too lucky not getting tickets, and knowing my luck it's gonna catch up to me. So I thought maybe a radar detector would be nice to have as peace of mind.

Beat me to it. Best investment I've made. I bought mine on CL for $300 with all the parts and up-to-date software. I did a lot of research and knew the nuances of the product before I bought it. It's saved me almost every time I hit the highway.

Yep, Valentine 1 is the only way to go. And make sure you mount it top, center on the windshield, otherwise your just wasting $300. And although most cops still use radar it's worth it to check out who's using laser. Neighboring county to me has switched to all laser.
