Oh God, I was there when they did that. I think it was last year, or the year before? That was in San Fransisco. That guy was bookin'. It was also immensely loud.
 
I think the special paintjobs for the 'Tiger meet' fit in here quite nicely, some of them are very well done.

To me, awesome does not entail needing a tow.

Heathrow, I gotta show that picture to all my bay area friends. Yerba Buena barely has any trees on it at all! It must be pre-1940, since the Naval Station hasn't gone up yet on Treasure Island.

w1lhelm no offence but gliders are good for appreciating and exprierencing silence in the air, appreciating certain things is IMO not awesome. On the other hand imense speed, altitude, power, size and firepower or cool liverys are all awesome any glider that I know of is none of these.
