The more I learn about the stock markets, the more I realize that there are only two ways to win: you either get lucky or you cheat. It's a dirty, filthy, dishonest, dishonorable game.

The regulators are simply laughable. As an example, consider the fact that Harry Markopolos went to the SEC several times about Bernie Madoff with heaps of red flags and irrefutable evidence and the "regulators" couldn't give two shits. It took Madoff confessing to his sons that he was on the verge of bankruptcy and them going to the FBI for the scam to finally end. For all intents and purposes, there is no damn regulation.
