Putting this here before I make a thread....

Any Arsenal shareholders here? Or, for that matter, any other club?

If so, are there any obligations one has to meet, or is it just a financial obligation to buy in?

Might be wrong, but I think Arsenal aren't publicly traded. You can buy shares from the existing shareholders but there is no obligation to sell. And I think the shares are hella expensive, something like ?5000 a piece.

There won't be any obligations if they are floating the company.
